Scope
This page explains how NELKIVO handles information received through its public forms, email, and service delivery.
Data minimization
Start with public information and a short description. Do not send passwords, API keys, private source code, production personal data, or customer records unless an agreed scope specifically requires them.
Private materials
Before private materials are shared, we agree the purpose, minimum access, storage location, retention/deletion date, and an NDA if needed.
AI and third parties
Customer code or assets are not sent to external AI services without explicit permission and an agreed provider/data boundary.
Service boundaries
Apple Review Preflight does not require your Apple ID or App Store Connect credentials. Data Factory does not log into your system or perform production imports under the current validation scope.
